Obituary Shirley June (Winter) Thomas, 89, of Clay City, Indiana went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 20, 2019, after a long and rich life. Shirley was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on May 10, 1929, the daughter of Redvers Buller and Agnes Margaret (Cronmiller) Winter. After graduating from York Memorial Collegiate Institute she attended college at the University of Toronto, graduating with a Bachelor of Household Science degree in 1953.
