DOYLE SHIRLEY W. Peacefully on Monday, July 9, 2018 surrounded by loving family, Shirley entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She is survived by her three children, Robert Doyle, David (Sandy) Doyle and Ruth Ann Doyle; four grandchildren, Christine Doyle, Amanda (Brad) Behrends, Matthew Doyle and Steven Doyle; one great-grandchild, Jayden Scott; her sister, Audrey Hast; and nine nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, William and her daughter-in-love, Barbara.

Shirley was a woman of strong faith, known for her love for the Lord and His Word, full of wisdom and grace, possessing a joyous spirit and compassionate heart. She believed on Jesus for eternal life and never wavered in her assurance, fully convinced that what He has promised He will do. She was a wonderful homemaker and mother, who enjoyed baking and canning for her family.

From 1973 to 1991 she drove a school bus for special needs children in Bethel Park. In her later years, she was an avid reader, always excited when able to attend a concert of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and cherished time spent with her family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to Emmanuel Baptist Church (3S465 Briggs St, Naperville, IL 60563) or Wayside Cross Ministries – please designate Lifespring Center – (215 East New York Street, Aurora, IL 60505).

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 at PAUL L. HENNEY Cremation & Funeral Tributes, 5570 Library Road, Bethel Park, where a celebration of Shirley’s life and home going will be held on Tuesday at 10 am with her pastor, Dale Williams officiating. She will be laid to rest in Jefferson Memorial Cemetery in Pleasant Hills, PA. www.
