OBITUARY Sol Leibel May 25, 1926 – January 1, 2019 Sol Leibel, 93, passed away on January 1, 2019. Beloved husband to Lee Leibel, loving father to Shelley Leibel-Szwalbenest and husband, Ben, Deborah Leibel-Goodman and husband, Fred, and loving grandfather to Rachel, Oliver, Spencer, Molly, Brandon and Julia. Sol is a Holocaust survivor who worked as an entrepreneur.

A service will be held for Sol on Thursday, January 3, at 11am at Bloomfield Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan, followed by a burial at Beth El Cemetery , Neptune Township. The family will sit Shiva at Lee Leibel’s residence immediately following the burial on Thursday, January 3 until 8pm, on Saturday, January 5th from 6-9pm and on Sunday, January, 6 from 3-5pm and 6-9pm. A minyan will be performed each day at 7.

On Monday, January 7 the family will sit Shiva at Shelley Szwalbenest’s residence from 6-9 with a minyan at 7, and on Tuesday, January 8 Shiva will be at Deborah Leibel-Goodman’s home from 6-9pm.
