Shelton of Battle Creek passed away Friday May 10, 2019 at home. Somer was born November 2, 1982 in Kalamazoo the daughter of David and Ruth (Walton) Shelton. She enjoyed painting, beading and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are two brothers, Jeffery Erdos of Three Rivers, Dusty Erdos of Strugis; boyfriend, Craig Ladley; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Somer was preceded in death by her parents, a son Michael, two brothers, Steve Erdos and Jim Erdos. Cremation has taken place; family services will take place at a later date.
