Stacy’s Obituary Hayes Funeral Home P.O. Box 387 Elba, Alabama 36323 Ph. Number (334) 897-2225 Stacy Hussey age 49, a resident of the Victoria community, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019 at UAB in Birmingham, Alabama after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at Victoria Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 beginning at 2:00 PM.

Burial will follow in the Victoria Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Stacy will lie-in-state in the church one hour prior to services on Tuesday. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Monday evening, February 18th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Stacy will be remembered by those who knew him best as a “Jack of all trades”. He successfully owned and operated a welding business for many years, and many of his creations such as handrails can be found on numerous homes, businesses, and churches throughout the area. Stacy had a passion for Aermotor windmills, and was the “go to guy” for repairs, restoration, and relocation of these pieces of history.

He is survived by his Wife, Teresa Holcomb Hussey, Daughters; Kerry Lynn Hussey, and Kacy Lee Hussey, along with his Mother, Cora Sue Hussey, Brother – Donnie (Cara) Hussey, and Brother – Jeff (Donna) Hussey all of the Victoria community. He also leaves behind numerous Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Donald Hussey, by his sister Rhonda Little, and by a nephew Hobi Hussey.

Hayes Funeral Home of Elba, Alabama is serving the Hussey family.
