Stanley S. Rose, 75, of Copperas Cove passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. A Memorial Graveside Service will be at 9:00 am, Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at Central Texas Veterans Cemetery. Stanley was born on July 27, 1943, in Palo Alto, California to Stanley and Marion Simpson Rose.

He graduated from Live Oak High School in 1960. Stanley attended Gavalin College in San Rafael, California where he received an associate degree. After college, he joined the United States Army and served for over 20 years.

Stanley married Huisa “Nancy” Rose. Hobbies: Fishing and Veteran’s activities, Religious membership: Soka Gakkai International of America (SGI-USA), Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhist. Stanley was preceded in death by his mother and his wife.

Stanley is survived by his father, Stanley J. Rose; and his sister, Carole L. Mirrasoul and husband, David S. Mirrasoul and one nephew, Christopher Mirrasoul.
