1967-2019 Stephanie L. Romero, “Nannie”, age 51, a resident of Los Lunas, NM, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on February 26, 2019. She was a beloved mother, nannie, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Stephanie loved spending time with her girls and being with family and friends.

She was part of the Calvary Chapel Rio Grande Valley family and touched many lives through her witness and prayer. Her spiritual calling was that of prayer warrior and she never wavered in her faith and her prayer for those who needed it – whether or not she knew them. If Stephanie new you, she prayed for you.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Marcos and Leonor Romero; Maternal grandparents, Tommy and Helen Garcia. Stephanie is survived by her son, Bryant and wife Shawnta; granddaughters, Brook and Emma; parents, Gilbert and Lorraine Romero; brother, Gilbert; sisters, Kathleen and husband Adolph, Melanie and husband Jeff; nephews, Justin and wife Megan, Armani, Zack, Tanner, Jace and Nathan; great nephew, Zayden; great nieces, Riley and Brynlee and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Final Visitation is at Calvary Chapel Rio Grande Valley, Monday March 4, 2019, beginning at 3:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 4:00 PM.
