Obituary for Stephen Anthony Berger Stephen Anthony Berger, age 68 of Folsom, LA, departed this earth on Sunday, June 17, 2018 to be with his heavenly Father, his son Shane, parents, family members and friends. Born, Wednesday, August 17, 1949 in New Orleans, LA to Lionel Joseph Berger and Bernadette Berger. He was a man that always helped those in need.

No job was too small, too large or too inconvenient. His grandchildren say “if Paw Paw can’t fix it, nobody can”. He was an employee of Procter and Gamble (Folgers Coffee Co.) for 36 years.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Sheila Perret Berger, son Jason Berger, daughter-in-law Miki, the love of his life Colt and Kinsley (his precious grandchildren), brothers Lionel Berger, Kirk Berger (Sharon), and sister Mary O’Meallie (Sean). Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 11:00 AM to service time.

Inurnment in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery St. Benedict, LA at a later date. The family would like to thank Dr. Treanor and the staff of PAM of Hammond. We all look forward to the day we will join him in Heaven.
