Stephen is survived by his wife Celia and stepson Raphael; his brothers Al (Carol), Lynn (Sherma), and Michael (Jennifer); sisters Adele and Kay (Sam).

He is preceded in death by his mother Helen and father Alfred, sister Donna, and brothers David and Wayne. Adored husband. Wonderful father.
