Obituary for Steven Broderick Steve Broderick has gone Home to Heaven John Steven Broderick born in Hollywood, California as John Steven Marks April 22, 1949. He is survived by his mother Bettye Broderick, sister Theresa, brother in love Jeff nephew Logan Roddewig, sister-in-love Linda and her two children Joseph and Megan Broderick. When Steve (as everyone knows him,) was 5 years old his mother and him moved to Anchorage, Alaska, where he was eventually adopted by his mother’s second husband John Broderick.

He lived in Anchorage until he graduated High School. Steve wanted to go to college at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. So, after graduating high school his mom, his 3 year old sister his baby brother and him took off for Oklahoma.

Steve lived in Tulsa until he retired in 2012, because of contracting Parkinson’s Disease. Because no other family still in Tulsa Steve moved to Fort Pierce, Florida with his mother. Unfortunately, the Parkinson’s disease got worse and he passed on December 20, 2018 at 12:14 a.m. Steve will be remembered for his love of God, fun-loving kindness, love of family and friends, avid book reader/collector and his personality traits: goofy Joke teller (why did the chicken cross the road?

To get to the other side (hahaha), character actor: Saint Patrick, Paul Bunion, even the Easter Bunny one time (a six-foot Easter bunny, he even hopped a couple times! ! ), Rocky and Bull winkle are just a few of the characters he would imitate.
