Steven’s Obituary Steven Douglas “ Doug” Lewis age 57 of Galloway, Ohio formerly of Louisville, KY passed away suddenly December 21, 2018 at Dr’s West Hospital. He was born February 13, 1961 in Louisville, KY to the late Thomas and Lucille Lewis. He was also preceded in death by his brother Larry Lewis.

He is survived by his wife Karen Lewis brother Ron (Trudy) Lewis, step daughters Beth (Jared) Lowe, Tara Blessing and Lindsey Blessing, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren Nephew Dwayne (Maria) Lewis and several aunts’ uncles and cousins. Friends may visit Wednesday January 2, 2019 from 1:00 PM until time of funeral at 2:00 PM at THE SPENCE-MILLER FUNERAL HOME 2697 Columbus Street Grove City, Ohio. His cousin Ed Slinker Jr. will preside over the service.
