Steven Lee Ingleby 1947-2018 Steven Lee Ingleby passed away on May 29, 2018, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Steve was born in SLC, UT on December 12, 1947, to Kenneth and Joan Ingleby. He graduated from Skyline High School and served an LDS mission in Belgium and France.

He married Jean McCullough in the Salt Lake Temple and together they raised five children. Steve graduated from the University of Utah with a Juris Doctorate and worked as an attorney and business owner in the Salt Lake area. After retiring, Steve and Jean served a mission working with troubled youth in a juvenile rehabilitation center.

Steve had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed guiding family, friends, and numerous youth groups on hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, and skiing excursions. He bled crimson red as a life long Ute fan and loved to travel, read, and write. But most of all, Steve loved his wife, children and his twelve grandchildren and spent his life in dedicated service to them and others.

A funeral will be held Monday, June 4, 2018, at 11:00 AM at the Butler Hill Chapel, 2695 East 7000 South, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the funeral service. Friends may also attend a viewing at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd.

from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on June 3, 2018. In lieu of flowers, please go outside and enjoy the beautiful mountains and red rock canyons that Steve so dearly loved.
