Steven Taylor August 17, 1943 – May 09, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Steven Taylor, 75, of LaGrange, Indiana, passed away surrounded by family and friends on May 9, 2019 at Parkview Inpatient Hospice. Steve loved to sing and singing karaoke was his favorite thing to do. Steven was born on August 17, 1943 to Wallace and Willodean Taylor, who preceded him in death.

On June 18, 1966, he married Lynnette Kurtz; she survives in LaGrange. He is also survived by his son Kent, daughter-in-law Amber, granddaughters Alexa and Brynne, his sister Susan (Bob) Chandler, his nephews John, Joel, and Jeremy and their families. He will be missed by many friends including special friends Bob and Jan Russell.

Steven served four years in the US Air Force in Little Rock, Arkansas and in Guam. He worked in sales for many years and retired from Schlemmer’s Hardware. Memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society.
