Stewart’s Obituary The Honorable Stewart Dalzell, 75, of Philadelphia passed away on February 18, 2019. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen Regan Dalzell; two children, Andrew Dalzell, of Philadelphia, and Rebecca Dalzell, of New York, NY, and one granddaughter. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 11:30 AM at St. Mark’s Church, 1625 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
