Sue Daleene (Irwin) Marsh, of Anderson, passed away on May 1, 2019 at St. Vincent Indianapolis. She was born on December 31, 1937 in Tipton and grew up in Summitville where her parents owned the only grocery store in the 1950’s. Sue attended Summitville High School and a lifetime member of Summitville Baptist Church.

She was a homemaker. She bowled at Cooper’s and Brown’s in women’s leagues for many years and enjoyed taking care of her family. She and her husband were Anderson High School season ticket holders for 27 years.

Sue is survived by her children, Carey (Steve) Bryson, Lorraine (Douglas White Jr.) Marsh, Pamela (Chris) Marsh, Cheryl (Ed) McGinnis, William (Cessy) Marsh; grandchildren, Myron (Cynthia), Gay, Jennifer (Bob), Logan (Laurie), Nolan (Kat), Clark, Lindsay, Sybilla (Josh), Levi, Basil (Eric), Zoe, Jacob, Echo, Giles, Thomas Atticus; great-grandchildren, Azure, Victoria, Prestyn, Dean, Lydia, Grayce, Katelyn, Sophia, Owen, Alexei, Soren, Wilco, Romana, Corina; great-great-granddaughter, Luna; siblings, Katherine (Steve) Irwin, Clifford (Jean) Irwin, William (Viola) Irwin, Wayne Irwin, and several nieces and nephews. Sue was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Thomas Myron Marsh, parents, Ernest C. Irwin and Marthena (Bockover) Irwin Spaulding; great-granddaughter, Emmaline Bryson; sisters-in-law, Meredith Adler, Madelon Noble and Helen Irwin. Services will be held Sat.

May 11, 2019 at 11:30am with visitation one hour prior at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street, Anderson, IN. Burial will take place in East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
