Obituary for Sue Johnson Johnson HEFLIN – Sue Crawford Johnson died July 14, 2018 at Regional Medical Center in Anniston, AL. She was born March 12, 1935 in Madisonville, KY. She graduated from Cleburne County High School in Heflin, AL in 1953.

Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her mother, Jessie Lynch Crawford, her father, Robert W. Crawford, stepmother, Virginia Ford Crawford, and beloved husband, Bobby F. Johnson, brothers; David Crawford, Gary Crawford and Paul Crawford. Mrs. Johnson was a retired medical technologist who attended Northwest Medical Institute in Minneapolis, MN. She worked in Cleveland, OH at Cleveland Clinic and St Johns Hospital, then at St Raphaels Hospital, New Haven, CT, later she worked with her husband, who was a professional chef at Lake Raystown Resort, PA and Guyan Golf and Country Club in Huntington, WV.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by brother, B. Wayne (June) Crawford, of Cleveland, OH, AL, sisters, Martha (Tommy) Guice of Ft. Payne, AL, Linda (Arthur) Huckaby of Leeds, AL and Jane (Mike) Posey of Anniston, AL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and wonderful in-laws, Jimmy Nell Vise and Beverly Johnson who were also family to her.

Memorial Services will be at 11 a.m. on July 21, 2018 at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel in Heflin, AL. The family will receive friends at 10 a.m., also at Dryden Funeral Home. Burial will be at Cedar Creek Baptist Cemetery.
