Susan Joann Foster, 60, passed away November 8, 2018 surrounded by her family in Kemah, Texas. She was born on April 27, 1958 to parents William and Joann Foster in Fort Hood, Texas. Susan had a servant’s heart and truly cared and enjoyed taking care of anyone in need.

She was a loving daughter, sister, and a dedicated mother not only to her four children, but to many more whom she cared for as her own as well. Susan is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, William Foster, Andrew Foster; and brother-in-law, Frank Bondy, Jr. Susan is lovingly survived by her children, Stephen Nabi, Rachael Cegelski, Leonard Cegelski, III, Joann Cortez and husband Frank; brothers, David Foster and wife Vicki, Stephen Foster and wife Sandy, Robert Foster and wife Tina; sister, Catherine Foster Bondy; sister-in-law, Karen Foster; grandchildren, Brooke Nabi, Melody Nabi, Isabella Nabi, Autumnraine Cegelski, Jasmine Johnson, Elijah Johnson, Shyanne Williams, Sophia Cortez, Willow Cortez, Christian Cortez, Cody Cortez, Eliana Tims; her life-long friend, Leonard Cegelski, Jr.; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. A service in celebratation of Susan’s life will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 13th at Lakeside Lutheran Church, 1101 South Egret Bay Blvd. , League City, TX 77573.
