Obituary for Susan Lee Garland Mrs. Susan Lee Garland, age 71 of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 6:46 PM at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Ky. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mayfield, and was a Registered Nurse at the former Community Hospital for 33 years. Mrs. Garland is survived by her husband- Tommy Garland of Mayfield, Ky; two daughters- Jennifer Waters of Louisville, Ky and Allyson Garland of Mayfield, Ky; one brother- John Manix of Fl; and one grandson- Johnathan Waters.

She was preceded in death by her three sisters- Betty Wallace, Carol Hoover, and Cynde Sletvett; her father was- J.A. Tucker and mother- Mildred Denney Slettvet. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky with Rev. Wes Fowler and Rev.
