She was born November 21, 1958 in Pawtucket, RI, and was the daughter of the late Shirley Hays. Susan was a member of Madonna Del Castello Catholic Church in Swissvale.

She was a Manager of a Howard Johnson’s Restaurant and was also a Caregiver and Nanny. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth M. O’Toole of California, grandchildren, Dominick, Angelycah, and Landon Onan, great-grandsons, Aiden Onan and Bentlee Vargo, brother, Steve Hall of New York, sister, Nancie Bertollo of New Jersey, nephews, John Hall and David C. Hall, a niece, Katherine Baxter, and best friend, Marie Papula of Forward Township. She was preceded in death by her brother, David Hall.

Friends are welcome Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 6-8 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, Director. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 8 pm.

Private burial will be in Rhode Island.
