WILLIAMS, Susan Marie, age 58, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Monday, May 20, 2019 at her residence. She was born October 6, 1960 in Middletown and lived here all her life. She was a homemaker and enjoyed camping, fishing and traveling with her family.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Robert Sidney and Betty Jane (Pitcher) Cape; one son, Michael Chad Hensley; and two brothers, Jeffrey Michael Cape and John Anthony Cape. She is survived by her husband of sixteen years, Larry Williams; two children, Victoria Hensley and Annette Hensley; four grandchildren, Kevin, Baylee, Taylor, and Mariah; four great grandchildren; two step-daughters, Myranda Birch and Courtney Williams; three step grandchildren, Tyler, Madison and Andy; three brothers, Fred Cape, Daniel Cape and Joseph Cape; and many extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
