Tadeusz is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years Zofia Gugala, five children Anna Ozga with her husband Tomasz, Stanislaw Gugala with his wife Irena, Teresa Koscielny with her husband Adam, Elzbieta Kowalczyk, Barbara Gugala with her husband Marek, 10 grandchildren Michal, Karolina, Viola, Wiktoria, Olivia, Krzysztof, Alexandra, Alicja, David and Nicole.
