Memorials: In Care of the Family Tammie was born on May 21, 1964 at Grand Island, Nebraska to James Cemper and Patricia Rogers. She married Rodney McCombs on June 5, 2004 in David City, Nebraska.

She enjoyed computer books and coloring/art posters. Tammie is survived by her husband, Rodney of David City, children: Jason Palmateer, Joshua Palmateer, Christopher Palmateer, Steven McCombs, Tara (Justin) Hitz, Sonya McCombs, Krystal McCombs, Jeremy McCombs, 7 Grandchildren: Damien Palmateer, Bailey Hitz, Amelia Hitz, Wesley Hitz, Deklan Cooper, Kaisen Palmateer and Johnathen Erdahl. One brother: David Cemper, one sister: Renee McDonald.
