OBITUARY Ted Wayne Goldman September 13, 1957 – September 21, 2018 Teddy “Ted” Wayne Goldman, 61, of Spring, Texas passed away September 21, 2018. Ted was born on September 13, 1957 in Paris, Texas, but grew up in Louisiana and was a huge sports fan and an avid LSU fan. He served honorably as a Marine during the Vietnam War.

He relocated to Houston in 1980 and worked for Jim McIngvale at Gallery Furniture in 1987 and became the senior sales person and buyer. Ted went to furniture market twice a year and made several trips to China to purchase furniture. He loved his job and was a mentor for other sales associates.

Ted was loved and will always be remembered by customers and associates he worked with over the past 31 years. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His top priority was his family whom he loved and will be greatly missed by.

Ted is survived by his spouse, Patricia Goldman; five children, David, Michael, Scott, Gary, and Wendy; and two grandchildren, Nicole and David. A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 Interstate 45 South, The Woodlands, Texas 77384. There will be a Celebration of Life on Monday, October 8, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home.

Following the service, an entombment will take place in Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery. A reception will follow the committal service in Forest Park’s event room.
