Obituary for Teddy Lou Noye Our loving mother and grandmother, Teddy Lou Noye, passed away at her home in Heber City, Utah, surrounded by loved ones on December 7, 2018. She was born on August 7, 1951 to Ted and Marion Fischbach, in Fullerton, California. Mom married the love of her life, Ron Noye.

Mom and dad enjoyed a wonderful life and together they were able to live their dream of building a family and business side by side. Mom had many passions and hobbies. She was very creative and artistic, there wasn’t anything she couldn’t do.

She loved genealogy and had two books published that are in a library, in Anaheim, California. She had a love for crystals and Angels. Family has always been the most important thing to her and she adored her grandchildren, as they were the light of her life.

Teddy is survived by her daughter, April (Ryan) Estel of Heber City, UT, her two sons: Jeremy (CJ Lester) Noye of Huntington Beach, CA and Justin Noye of Palm Desert, CA, and her sister Juli Lockshaw of Aliso Viejo, CA. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband and soul mate, Ronald Noye. A celebration of Teddy’s life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 7, 2018 at the Heber Valley Funeral Home (288 N. Main St., Heber, UT).
