Teresa Dianne DeMartino, 62 of Lexington, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at St. Joseph Hospital-Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington. Teresa was born November 1, 1956 to the late William J. and Doris C. Collins Goydan in Ironton, OH. She was a wonderful, mother, Nana, sister, and aunt, who loved life.

She was an accomplished entrepreneur and chef. Teresa was a generous and selfless person. She was resilient and brave during her two year battle with cancer.

Teresa… is survived by her children Sam DeMartino, Dominic DeMartino and Madeliene DeMartino;sister Connie Bramblett;grandchildren Adrianna and Mia. The family requests contributions be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care in memory of Teresa Dianne DeMartino. No services are planned.
