Terrence “Terry” Charles Brick Age 58, of Kalispell passed away at his home on Friday July 20, 2018. Terry was born on February 26, 1960 to Joe and Carole Brick in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. The family moved to Montana where Terry attended Fairmont Egan, St. Matthews and Flathead High School.

He is preceded in death by his father Joe Brick. Terry is survived by his wife Carla; daughter Nicole, parents Carole Lewis and stepfather Don Lewis of Kalispell; sister Jill Eaton (Dennis Preston) of Marion; and nephew Chad Eaton. Hailing from Eau Claire Wisconsin, drummer Terry Brick plated locally with “Gladys Friday,” Scott Free,” “Haug dynasty” (Silly Peterson family and Kenny Lee Lewis from the Steve Miller Band).

(Craig) “Sarton and Srick” and Toby Stone. Having started his entertainment career as a professional dancer, Terry then toured the world for 23 years with various bands. He has 21 album appearances, and has opened for, or preformed with, Luminaries from the Rock, Country and Christian music scenes.

His performance credits include Bob Seger, Bonnie Raitt, Robert Cray, Chris LeDoux, and Danny Danielson. He was also a contract-civilian drummer for the Department of Defense. Terry trained as a nurse at Rhode Island College (RIC).

He worked in ER/flight nurse, Orthopedics, Geriatrics, and spent 14 years at Pathways Treatment Center in Kalispell. He and his sister Jill, wrote the musical “Claiming America”. This play consisted of 5 vignettes from the Bible and began touring regionally, “Claiming America” brought live theater /music to rural areas.

Terry and other local professional-musicians wrote and recorded the music for the play which featured live band at each performance. Terry will be remembered for his great sense of humor and willingness to pay-it-forward during difficult times. His dedication to effective recovery touched many lives.

He is deeply loved and will be sorely missed. A Celebration of life will be held later. In lieu of flowers, contributions for music-in-the-schools can be made to Fairmont Eagan school District #3, c/o Mrs. Bachurski 797 Fairmont Road Kalispell, Montana 59901 and Music Department C/O Mrs. Jennifer Stephens at Flathead High School Music.
