Little Falls, NY-Terry Lee Jaquays, age 64, a lifelong Little Falls resident, passed away suddenly on Wednesday morning, April 18, 2018 in the city of Little Falls. Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5 (town of Manheim), between Little Falls and St. Johnsville, 315-508-5131, has been entrusted with Terry’s cremation arrangements. There will be no services, to respect his wishes.

An interment service will be held in Rural Park Cemetery, Inghams Mills on Sat. , May 5th at 12noon. Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of Terry’s life commencing on Sat.

, May 5, 2018 at 1:00 p.m-4 :00 p.m. at 445 State Highway 5s, Fort Plain, NY 13339.
