Obituary for Terry Weaver Life Reflections “And said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taketh away; blessed be the name of the Lord”. Job 1:21 KJV Terry Lee Weaver was the third son born to Manuel Weaver and Elma (King) Weaver on October 18th, 1946 in Clayton, MO. He is preceded in death by both parents and a younger sister Wendy Rodgers.

Terry attended Elzy R. Smith Elementary School in Robertson, MO and Berkeley Senior High School in Berkeley, MO where he excelled in football and track and field. After graduating in 1964, Terry then attended Central Missouri State University (CMSU) in Warrensburg, MO. He later left CMSU to work at McDonnell Aircraft/Boeing, where he worked 43 years before retiring.

He married Patricia Lawrence in 1965. To this union two sons, Keith Curtis and Terrance Douglas were born. Terry later fathered a third son, Jaymel.

On February 14th, 1995, he was united in Holy Matrimony to Velena (Fields) Weaver. Lena is a loving and devoted wife who provided excellent care before and during his illness. Terry departed this life at home surrounded by family on Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018 at 6:00pm.

Terry lived a long, happy life enjoying and loving friends and family. His hobbies were teasing people, bowling, watching sports, and spending time with his granddaughters Jaya and Janay. Terry was a very proud “paw paw”.

Terry leaves to cherish his memories: a devoted wife Velena (Lena); stepmother Reola Weaver; four sons: Keith Weaver (Salt Lake City, UT. ), Terrance Weaver (Miami, FL. ), Jaymel (Jenita) Woods (St. Louis, MO.

), and Marcus Sims (St. Louis, MO. ); six grandchildren: Jalen, Jaya, Janay Woods, Antoine, and Donavin Weaver, Trayvion Sims; four brothers: Emanuel (Catherine) (Des Moines, IA. ), Willie (Brenda) (St. Louis, MO.

), Nathanial Rodgers (St. Louis, MO. ), and Robert Weaver (Baltimore, MD. ); seven sisters: Nadine, Lorraine, Shirley, Lisa Rodgers (St. Louis, MO.

), Vanessa (Joseph) Coleman (Potomac, MD. ), Caryliss Weaver (Atlanta, GA. ), Constance Weaver (Baltimore, MD.
