Thaddeus R. Grabowski (Ted), 82, of Wellfleet, Massachusetts passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 6, 2018. Ted was born on May 26, 1936 to the late Walter & Bertha (Balkun) Grabowski in Stamford, CT. Ted grew up in Stamford, CT with his sisters and brother, Josephine, Henrietta, Helen and Walter.

He served in the United States Navy, attended the Bridgeport Engineering Institute, Texas College of Arts, and Industry and graduated from the JW Wright Technical School. On May, 28, 1961 Ted married Barbara Stopinski. In 1964, Ted and Barbara finished their home in Pound Ridge, NY where they later raised 2 daughters, Valeria and Yvonne Grabowski.

Ted was the plant manager at Manger Electronics in Stamford for many years and had a passion for doing home remodeling, playing golf, bowling, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Ted is survived by his wife, Barbara (Stopinski) Grabowski and daughters, Valeria (Grabowski) Villatte & husband Boris, Yvonne (Grabowski) Willman & husband Art, his grandsons Gavin and Jules, his sisters Josephine Bobinski, Henrietta Adams and brother Walter Grabowski. Ted’s family will receive the sympathy and condolences of family and friends on Saturday, October 13th from 8:30am to 10am at the Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Avenue, in Stamford, CT.

A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Saturday, October 13th at 10:30am at Holy Name of Jesus Parish, 325 Washington Blvd, in Stamford, CT. Interment will follow at Pound Ridge Cemetery, 15 West Ln, in Pound Ridge, NY. The family has entrusted the funeral arrangements to Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Avenue, in Stamford, CT.
