Thelma C. Kenney, 92, of Londonderry Village, Palmyra passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Born November 3, 1926 in Phoenixville, she was a daughter of the late Leroy T. and Mildred (Dean) Miller. She was the widow of Howard D. Kenney who died February 19, 2006.

A self-employed upholsterer, she was a member of First United Methodist Church, Palmyra. Thelma previously worshipped and was married on September 12, 1947 in Upper Merion Baptist Church, Bridgeport. Surviving are her children Alan Kenney, David, husband of Deborah Kenney and Emogene, wife of Glenn Weller; a brother Leroy Miller; sisters Doris Boyd, Ruth Heimer and Joy Emel; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a viewing beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Fund at Londonderry Village, 1200 Grubb Road, Palmyra, PA 17078.
