Thelma E. Heaton, 82, of East Liverpool, passed away Monday, November 26, 2018, at the East Liverpool City Hospital. Born, February 23, 1936, in Elmwood, IL. , she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Annie Elizabeth Hunt Hedden; She was also preceded in death by her first husband Gilbert L. Heaton Sr. and by her second husband, Ivan Frame and by her sons, William Joseph, and Gilbert L. Heaton; sister, Gertrude Chevron.

Survivors include her daughters, Margaret Wright of East Liverpool and Jo Ann Smith of East Palestine; 17 grandchildren, and 43 great-grandchildren; step-sons, Richard Ivan Frame Sr. and Phillip Frame both of East Liverpool and niece, Belinda Wellington of East Liverpool, nephews, Keith Kittle, and Ronald Kittle Jr.. No services are planned at this time and the Arner Funeral Chapel assisted with these arrangements.
