Obituary for Mrs. Thelma Joyce Mitchell On September 22, 2018, Thelma Joyce Mitchell went to be with her Heavenly Father and her family and friends that have gone before her. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly; granddaughter, Tia; grandson, Trevin, and also several nephews. She was owner of La Casa de Joyce, a beauty salon, for several years.

She was truly loved by everyone she knew. No funeral will be held, but a memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
