Thelma was born July 15, 1927 in Bellflower, California, the daughter of Alva & Emily (Oxford) Buckley. She graduated from Excelsior High School in Norwalk, CA.

On September 22, 1946 she married Ronald Cox in Bellflower, CA. She enjoyed playing the piano and cooking. She was a member of Christian Life Fellowship in Moore.

Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son: Randall Cox, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by: Daughter & Son-in-Law: Ronda & Tom Clark Daughter-in-Law: Vicki Cox Grandchildren: Jason & Lindsey Clark, Joshua & Kasey Clark, Tammi Cox, Steve Larken, and Kevin Cox 9 Great Grandchildren Brother: J.C. Buckley Sister: Ruth Johnson Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 9 at Dale Cemetery with Josh Clark officiating. Walker Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
