Thelma Minnie Mitchell, age 93, of Masontown, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018 at her home following an extended illness. She was born March 4, 1925 in Woodbridge, PA, and was a daughter of the late William and Mildred Marie (O’Neil) Mitchell. She is survived by her six children, Samuel Isaac Jacobs, Jr. of Morgantown, Sarah Elizabeth Jacobs of Mansfield, OH, Mildred Nemes and her husband Robert of Cape Coral, FL, Annalee Sanford of Masontown, Michelle Larson and her husband Greg of Ocala, FL, and Charles William Jacobs and his wife Christine of Indiana; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Isaac Jacobs, Sr. No public services are scheduled per Thelma’s request. Professional services have been provided to the family with the guidance of Smith Funeral & Cremation Care of Morgantown.
