Theodore Carr, age 64, of Lake City, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the North Knoxville Medical Center in Powell. Ted was born on December 22, 1953 in Jellico, Tennessee to the late Alvin and Sarah Rhodes Carr. Ted retired from Powell Clinch Utility District.
He enjoyed cars, CB Radios, wood-working, welding, and hunting. Ted is preceded in death by his parents: Alvin Carr and Sarah Rose Rhodes Carr, brother: Calvin Carr, nephew: Calvin Jr., and brother-in-law: Daniel Brotherton.
