Obituary for Theresa Anna Carle (Hicks) Print Theresa Anna Carle, 94, of Quakertown, passed away February 14, 2019. She was the widow of Gerald Carle Sr, who passed on March 2, 2014. Born in Kenvil, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Jensen and Theresa (Westerkamp) Hicks.

Theresa loved to sew and bake. She also played a mean game of Scrabble. Surviving are children: Theresa Wiggins, of Perkasie; Gerald Carle, and his wife, Linda, of Quakertown; grandchildren: Lydia & Zacchary Smith; Christie Sazy, and Michelle Buford; 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She was pre-deceased by sons Alfred and Ronald Carle; and grandchildren: Alfred Jr, and Jensen Wiggins. Theresa will be interred with her husband at Washington’s Crossing National Cemetery on April 3, 2019. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, P.O. Box 4777, NY, NY 10163-4777.
