MADISON-Theresa Jean Amundsen, age 72, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018, at UW Hospital in Madison. She was born on April 18, 1946, the daughter of I.J. and Grace Balczewski in Prentice, Wis. Terry graduated from Park Falls High School and Saint Joseph’s School of Nursing in Marshfield.

She worked as an RN in hospitals and as Director of Nursing at several nursing homes.
