Theresa M. Sachs, 85, of Frederica passed away on October 24, 2018. Mrs. Sachs was an administrative assistant for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Manhattan, NY for about 15 years. While she was working for Metropolitan, she worked in catering for Leonard’s of Great Neck for about eight years.

She then opened her own business, Lake Ronkonkoma Deli in New York for about eight years. She then went to work for Dr. Corn and had worked at several assisted living facilities. She was a member of New Life Family Worship Center in Camden.

Mrs. Sachs was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Sachs. She is survived by her son, Vincent F. Monteleone and his wife June of Milford; one brother, Nick Parise of New York; three sisters: Regina Coakley of Nesconset, NY, Margie Tine of California and Anna Randazzo of New York. She was preceded in death by her brothers Michael Parise, Anthony Parise, Joseph Parise and Mario Parise.

There will be a funeral service at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934 where there will be a viewing from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday. A committal service will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 2, 2018 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE 19701. Online condolences may be made via www.
