Therese Robert, 92, of Montrose CA, passed away December 25, 2018 at Henrietta’s Leven Oaks. She was the wife of the late Maurice (Moe) Robert who passed in 2000. Therese was born on July 19, 1926 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island a daughter of the late Antonio and Eva (Bessette) Grenier.

Prior to her retirement, she worked for 25 years in the accounting industry in Northern California where she & Maurice lived for over 30 years. After retirement in 1986, they moved to Lady Lake, FL. She was a member of St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, The Villages, FL, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister & was very active in their St. Jude’s Society.

She was devoted to fundraising for the St. Jude’s Children’s Ranch, and led the group on a trip to Boulder City Nevada to visit the Ranch in person. Therese also served as Past President of the LRMC Auxiliary where she and Maurice spent many hours volunteering. Therese was an avid cribbage player and loved to talk politics.

Therese is survived by her son Christopher Robert of Henderson NV, her daughter Michelle (Robert) Paxton and her grandson Cameron Paxton of LA Crescenta, CA and her sister Doris Brousseau of Hudson NH.
