He was born on July 20, 1946 in Hastings to Bernard H. and Lois A. (Dunbar) Ryschon. Tom was employed as a conductor and retired from the Union Pacific Railroad.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Tom is survived by his son, Thomas Dean (Kathleen) Ryschon of North Platte; daughter, Tammy Jo (Bill) Zulkowski of Kearney; brothers, Richard Jo Ryschon of North Platte, and David Ryschon of North Carolina; 2 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made in his name and online condolences may be shared at www.

adamsswanson.com. Memorial services will be held 3 p.m. May 10, 2019 at Fort McPherson National Cemetery near Maxwell with Pastor James Trippett officiating and military honors graveside. Adams & Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
