Thomas Edward Anderson age 54, of Algonquin, formerly of Lake in the Hills, passed away suddenly after collapsing at work. He was born on June 20, 1964 in Evanston, Illinois to his loving parents James G. and Agnes J. (nee Schwamb) Anderson Tom is survived by his loving wife Alison L (nee Kraft) Anderson; his children Ryan M. Anderson and Molly L. Anderson; his step-children Zane H. Kelly and Paxson J. Kelly; his siblings Bonnie (Michael) Riess and Kenneth Anderson. He was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings James Anderson Jr. and Susan Anderson.

Tom was a beloved uncle, friend, neighbor and Scout. Tom graduated from Harry D. Jacobs High School class of 1982. For the past 31 years Tom worked for Kenmode Tool & Engineering as a prototype tool specialist.

Tom enjoyed his friends, camping, hunting, fishing and having awesome adventures with his family A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care, 1415 W. Algonquin Rd. (one mile east of Randall Rd. ) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the funeral home with prayers to begin at 10:00 AM and proceed to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Crystal Lake, for a Funeral Mass to be Celebrated at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held privately. Services will conclude at the church.
