Tom is survived by his children, Scott (Jayme), Stephanie (Samuel) Ramirez and Synthia (Joey Boyd); grandchildren, Tyler, Hayden, Brianna, Sloane, Scarlett, Shane, Kelsi, Logan, Gracie & Rayne; siblings, Darlene (Butch) Hoppe, DuWayne & Ann (Charles) Jackson; family & friends.
