OBITUARY Thomas Forrest Poole February 24, 1935 – December 21, 2018 Thomas Forrest Poole, age 83, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Friday December 21, 2018. Thomas was born February 24, 1935 in Evanston, Illinois. Thomas is survived by his wife, Carole F. Poole; son Jeff Poole; daughter Patti and husband Dwane Rogers; sister Penny Scukanec and sister Barbara Sander; grandchildren – Tyler and Tori.

Thomas was preceded in death by son Thomas Frank Poole and his sister Jacqueline Tobin. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Thomas’ memory may be made to Savior of All Building Fund, 35 Indian Trail SE, Cartersville, Georgia, 30120 or to St. Jude, PO Box 1893, Memphis, Tennessee 38101-9950, stjude.org. Thomas was a Project Manager with Marriott Hotels before his retirement.

In his spare time, Thomas refereed High School Football, became an avid golfer, enjoyed tennis, cross country skiing, taught youth bowling, and travelled extensively. He was an Elder at Savior of All Lutheran Church in Cartersville and will be remembered by all who knew him as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
