Obituary for Thomas H. Bridson Thomas H. Bridson, 73, Topeka, Kansas, passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at Midland Care Hospice. Tom was a rancher and farmer and also worked for the Topeka Capital Journal for 46 years. He retired on November 10, 2006.

He was a member of the International Printers Union, Local 121. Tom was born on November 12, 1944, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Clarence W. “Pick” Bridson and Bertha Heim Bridson. He married Linda Stowe on February 4, 1967.

They were married for 51 years. She survives. His brother, Jim Bridson, of Tuscon, Arizona also survives.

Other survivors are their children, Christy Olsen (Bart), Harveyville, KS; John Bridson (Brenda), Topeka, KS; Derek Bridson, Salina, KS; and Deborah Bridson, Topeka, KS. Tom had seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. His graveside service will be at Auburn Cemetery on Saturday, April 28th at 11 a.m. Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or Midland Care Hospice, sent in care of Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614.
