OBITUARY Thomas Haley Bowers May 28, 1927 – September 4, 2018 Thomas “Paw Paw” Bowers, age 91, of Conyers, Georgia passed away on Tuesday September 4, 2018. Thomas was born May 28, 1927 in Hartwell, Georgia. Mr. Bowers is survived by his wife of 70 years, Sue Bowers; daughter, Connie (Nick) O’Berry; two grandsons, Glenn (Theresa) Hadaway and Ricky Hadaway; one great granddaughter, Chelsea Hadaway; one brother, George Bowers; three sisters, Frances Faulkner, Carolyn Reid, and Ruby Nell Tucker; as well as many nieces and nephews and extended family.

A visitation for Mr. Bowers will be held Thursday, September 6th, 2018 between the hours of 6 and 8 pm at Horis A. Ward – Fairview Chapel. Funeral services for Mr. Bowers will be held Friday, September 7th, 2018 at 3 pm at Horis A. Ward – Fairview Chapel. Interment will immediately follow the funeral services in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
