Thomas J. Kerin, Jr. of Jeannette, PA died on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the Hempfield Manor. He was born October 21, 1941 to the late Thomas J. and Anna E. (Gerich) Kerin. He was a US Army veteran who served during the Viet Nam War.

He was a life-time parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette, as well as a member of the American Legion Post #344 in Jeannette, the Jeannette Community Band, the Knights of Columbus Council 1222, the St. Vincent General Assembly, and the Irwin Moose #236. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Marilyn of 52 years. He is survived by his children Douglas Kerin and his wife Susan; Kristina Olesky and her husband Raymond; his companion dog Nikki; and his sister Kathleen Kerin and her husband George of Port Orchard, WA.

There will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jeannette Community Band, P.O. Box 597, Jeannette, PA 15644 or the Hempfield Manor, 1118 Woodward Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601.
