Thomas Leon Gore May 08, 1946 – December 24, 2018 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Mr. Thomas Gore Mr. Thomas Leon Gore, age 72, a resident of Gillham, Arkansas, passed from this life on Monday, December 24, 2018, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was born to Earnest Leon and Mary Elizabeth Inzer Gore on May 8, 1946, in Camden, Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and he later worked as an operator for the Weyerhaeuser Corporation.

He married the love of his life, Nessie Ann Dinger, on September 20, 1972, in Clarksville, Texas. He attended church at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Arkansas Knife Makers. He enjoyed fishing, knife-making, hunting and woodwork, but most of all, he cherished the time spent with his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of over 46 years, Nessie Ann Gore of Gillham; one daughter, Heather Christene Reed and her husband Billy of Steens, Mississippi; one son, Thomas Ernest Gore and his wife Shawnya of Lowell, Arkansas; two grandchildren, James Alexander Reed of Knoxville, Tennessee and Mikayla Leigh Reed of Columbus, Mississippi; two brothers, Larry Joe Gore and Terry Gore; two sisters, Ann Launius and Deborah Gore; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. A private family service will be held at a later date.
