Thomas Leroy Puckett, 66 of Zanesville, passed away January 6, 2019 at Genesis Morrison House. He was born January 26, 1952 in Dayton, son of the late Frank Puckett and Edna (Jack) Rogers-Giffen. He worked for Herbst Black Lumber Company for several years.

He enjoyed listening to music, model cars and spending time with his four legged companion Buster. He is survived by his children, Karinda (Walter Jr.) Norris, Christopher Puckett, Thomas Puckett Jr., Tanya Puckett, Teresa Jervis; sisters, Mary Puckett, Francine Pettay; grandchildren, Kayeleen Ross, Walter Norris III; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Rebecca Alexander-Puckett; brother Franky Puckett.
