Mr. Thomas Patrick Brown, age 69 of Franklin, KY, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 7:35 PM at his residence. Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 4754 Smallhouse Rd.

Bowling Green, KY 42103. Thomas was born January 24, 1949 in Le Center, MN, to the late William J. Brown, Sr and the late Frances Sullivan Brown. He was preceded in death by a brother Maurice Brown.

He is survived by his wife Patricia Brown, 3 children Patrick Brown of Bowling Green, KY, Elizabeth Long (Ramon) of Alexandria, VA, and David Brown (Nichole) of Russellville, KY, 5 grandchildren Sydni Ross, Ashton Ross, Kinley Durbin, Maxwell Long, and Kai Long, 2 brothers William Brown of St. Peter, MN and Kevin Brown of Cleveland, MN, 4 sisters Lois Solheid of Belle Plaine, MN, Peggy Cooney of Le Center, MN, Marilyn Schueneman of Mankato, MN, and Denise Honken of Nicollet, MN. Thomas attended Holy Spirit Catholic Church. He was a retired loan officer, having worked in the Bowling Green area for 17 years.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and long time friend of Bill. In his retirement, he enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, and restoring cars, trucks, and tractors. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 4, 2018 and from 11:00 AM until service time on Wednesday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
