She departed this life January 30, 2019 in Wiseman, Arkansas at the age of 17 years and 3 months. At the time of her death Tiffany was a tenth grade student at Salem High School.

Tiffany enjoyed being with family and friends. She enjoyed reading and her phone. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Tiffany is survived by her mother: Jesica Russell; one brother: Tyler Ball; three sisters: Amanda Russell, Abigail Ball and Emma Ball all of the home; maternal grandparents: Rodney Kemp of Wiseman, Connie Kemp of Mount Pleasant, Brian Russell of Poplar Ridge, NY; grandmothers: Jean Ford of Horseshoe Bend and Clara Russell of Courtland, NY; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and many good friends. Visitation and funeral service will be Saturday, February 2 at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant. Visitation begins at 12 noon.
